newsworthy time and let you speak out.

1) Slovakia Best for Property Investment

Slovakia's economy posted another strong growth of 8.7%
in QI 2008.

Global Property Guide, a property research company, reported
property prices have been falling in most countries it tracks
in the first quarter compared to the same period in 2007.

On the positive side Slovakia saw the highest property price
gain in Q1 2008, up 29.3% y/y, followed by Shanghai in China
(up 28.5%), Hong Kong (up 25.9%) and Singapore (up 21.6%).

In another Global Property Guide study, comparing attractiveness
of world's destinations for buying residential property,
Slovakia was rated # 1 with affordable house prices, very high
GDP growth, low (rental) income tax and no capital gains tax
on long term property holdings.

is the country still of interest to you as an investor or
holiday home buyer, or has your focus changed (and why)?

3. When you subscribed to our newsletter and deal alerts
you were interested in Slovakia as a potential property
investment (or holiday home) destination. What attracted
you to the country? Are these factors still prevalent
today or has your opinion changed (and if so, how)?

4. Being interested in Slovak property deals, what are
you looking for primarily? (Property type, return,
location, budget, etc).

5. If you are undecided about investing or buying in
Slovakia, what are your main concerns or obstacles?

6. Have you ever visited Slovakia? If you have, what was
your impression? Any positive/negative experiences?

7. Aside from Slovakia, what (if any) other locations have
caught your eye as potential areas to invest in? Please
explain why you think this.

8. Is your opinion of the potential of overseas markets
affected by the events in your domestic property market?
If yes please explain your concerns.

9. Would you like to see more updates on the market and
available properties from Slovakia Investment Property,
less, or do you think that we have it right at this time?

10. What would you suggest us to do in order to improve
the service you have been receiving from us so far
(where applicable)? Any ideas, opinions and suggestions
